What's the difference between Field Kit, BackBone, and All-In?
Field Kit is for one-time projects, no ongoing commitment.
BackBone is for ongoing HR support, whether you need to keep things steady or get them back on track.
All-In means PackWorks runs your HR department, full stop, hands-on, and fully embedded.
Can I switch between services later?
Absolutely! If you start with Field Kit, you can move to BackBone or All-In as your needs grow. If things change, we'll help you adjust without the stress!
How do I know which service is right for my business?
Just need a project done, like a handbook or an audit? Field Kit.
Already have HR but want it maintained or corrected? Backbone.
Want us to fully run your HR, day to day? All-In.
Do I have to commit long-term?
It depends on the service:
Field Kit= one-and-one, no commitment
BackBone = 3-month minimum, then month-to-month
All-In = 6-month minimum, then month-to-month
If you want to stick around longer, you can, but you're not locked in forever.
What if I'm not sure what I need yet?
That's fine! Most people aren't sure at first. We'll talk it through, figure out your pain points, and point you toward the service that actually makes sense. No pressure, no upsell.
