Your HR foundation exists, but it needs work: outdated policies, inconsistent pay practices, or gaps have crept in over time. Realign rolls up its sleeves and gets things back on solid ground and keeps them there.

We understand that needs change. That's why we allow clients to move from Steady to Realign (or Realign to Steady) once the initial 3 month minimum commitment is met.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if we use all our included service hours?

No problem! Additional hours on Steady are billed at $60/hour, and additional hours on Realign are billed at $80/hour, both in 15-minute increments. You only pay for the time you use.

Can we get help with employee relations or performance management with a BackBone plan?

BackBone covers compliance basis, policy upkeep, and (on Realign) deeper correction work. For ongoing, hands-on employee relations or performance management, our Fractional HR Department plans are built for that level of involvement.

What's the main difference between Steady and Realign?

Steady is for businesses whose HR foundation is already in good shape and just needs to stay that way. Realign is for businesses who HR has real gaps or has drifted out of date, with more service hours and active correction work to get things back on solid ground.

Is there a long-term contract for BackBone plans?

BackBone plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, billing switches to a flexible month-to-month basis, and you can move between Steady and Realign or cancel within 30 days' notice.
