Sometimes. Monthly support is billed at the start of the month, one-time projects may ask for a partial up front, and big build-outs (like full HR setup) require a setup fee and milestone payments. Keeps things fair, simple, and predictable (unlike corporate contracts that bury you in fine print).

What are your payment terms?

We keep it simple.
