Headcount Policy
Pricing is based on average monthly headcount. If your business sits above a band for two consecutives months, you'll be moved to the next band the following month.
Example:
You sign up for the Trail Boss plan and have 10 employees ($600/month). During the 2nd both, you hire 5 employees. At the end of the second AND third months, you have 15 employees. You will automatically be moved up a band ($850).
Frequently asked questions
What happens if we use all our included consulting hours?
No problem! Additional hours are billed at $75/hour, in 15 minute increments. You only pay for the time you use.
Can we get help with employee relations or performance management with a PackGuard plan?
PackGuard plans are design for compliance basics and general HR support. For in-depth employee relations, performance cycles, or hands-on management, we recommend our LaunchPad plans or hourly project work.
What's the main difference between Scout and Trail Boss?
Scout is for light coverage with compliance and quick support, while Trail Boss adds deeper involvement like hiring process support, policy updates, and more consulting hours each week.
Is there a long-term contract for PackGuard plans?
PackGuard plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, billing switches to a flexible month-to-month basis, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days' notice.
